HOW IT WORKS
Projects begin with specification and formulation using a proven process: silicon extraction from silica, reaction with methyl chloride, followed by hydrolysis and cross-linking to produce the required silicone grade. After formulation, we design the mold, produce functional samples, and upon client approval, move into full-scale production. Our partner, Align Manufacturing, provides certified tooling services that ensure high mold precision and credibility. AMFG coordinates logistics and quality control across Vietnam, Thailand and United States for scalable and timely delivery.
